Though still shy, Anthony began showing resilience. Every day, he grew braver, playing with toys even while wearing a protective cone. Since even the smallest store-bought cone was too big, the community came together, sending him tiny custom-made cones, some even repurposed from hamster accessories.

At first, Anthony would hide when Nikki entered. But as he got the run of the house, his playful spirit blossomed. He dashed around, puffing his tail, and even tried the funny “crab walk” to look big and brave. Slowly, his trust in Nikki grew stronger.
